The University Library is the central higher education library at the University of Montenegro and the main library for higher education institutions libraries within university units.

The Library was founded in 1979, and it is on the premises of Engineering faculties building.
The Library has 9992 library units of monographs (including a collection of 665 doctoral dissertations and master’s theses published at the University of Montenegro) and 1030 periodical publications.
