Molimo Vas da obavijetitet Vaše nastavnike o mogućnostima formiranja regionalne baze mentora.

Na Rektorskoj konferencije su usaglašeni kriterijumi i obrazac za ovu prijavu (u excell-u).
Rok za dostavljanje prijava Centru za doktorske studije je 15 dana.

Conclusions:

The participating universities largely agreed on the following two general principles concerning the membership in the Pool of External Experts for Doctoral Studies
A: Global (international) recognition based on international peer reviewed publications
B: Local (university) recognition based on an internal university peer ranking (e.g., top 30%),
The participating universities also largely agreed on the following standards based on these principles:
1. For all academic fields except arts, humanities and social sciences minimum requirements for membership in the Pool of External Experts for Doctoral Studies are
A.
- at least 6 papers in last 10 years or optionally at least 3 papers in last 5 years published in international peer reviewed journals from SCI list and
- personal citation index at least 100 (without auto citations) or optionally at least 20 papers published during the whole career in international peer reviewed journals from SCI list.
B.
- top 30% performance within the home university, based on criteria A.
2. For humanities and social sciences minimum requirements for membership in the Regional Expert’s Group are:
A.
- at least 6 papers in last 10 years or optionally at least 3 papers in last 5 years published in international peer reviewed journals from the list recognised by the corresponding national Ministry with responsibility for science and doctoral studies and
- personal citation index (without auto citations) at least 100 or optionally at least 20 papers published during the whole career in international peer reviewed journals from the list recognised by the corresponding national Ministry with responsibility for science and doctoral studies providing that at least 2 are from SSCI or SCI list.
B.
- top 30% performance within the home university, based on criteria A.
3. For the field of art related standards for the membership in the Pool of External Experts for Doctoral Studies will not be issued before the concept of the doctor of arts degree is confidently well defined and widely accepted among Platform members. The University of Ljubljana in cooperation with the University of Zagreb and the University of Arts in Belgrade will coordinate discussion related to the introduction of degree of doctor of arts.
