Milena Đukanović je rođena 1983. godine u Podgorici. Osnovnu školu „Štampar Makarije” je završila 1998. godine kao najbolji đak generacije. Gimnaziju „Slobodan Škerović”, prirodno-matematički smjer, završila je 2002. godine. Dobitnik je diplome „Luča I” za osnovno i srednje obrazovanje, kao i velikog broja nagrada i plaketa na regionalnim, republičkim, saveznim i međunarodnim takmičenjima.
