Rođen sam 09.01.1967. godine u Pljevljima, Crna Gora. Osnovnu i srednju školu završio sam u Pljevljima. Mašinski fakultet na Univerzitetu "Veljko Vlahović" u Titogradu upisao sam studijske 1986/87. godine. Studije mašinstva, smjer Proizvodno mašinstvo završio sam u redovnom roku. Diplomski rad iz oblasti projektovanja primjenom savremenih alata: "Primjena raspoloživa CAE sistema u KAT‑u pri projektovanju kovačkog alata" odbranio sam 1991. godine.
