Rođena je 27.09.1981. godine u Kotoru, od oca Nikole Serdar i majke Mile, rođene Radenović. Zvršila je Matematičku gimnaziju "Slobodan Škerović" i 2000. godine upisala je Građevinski fakultet u Podgorici, konstruktivni smjer, gdje je diplomirala 2006. godine sa prosječnom ocjenom 9.79 i ocjenom 10 na diplomskom ispitu. Od 2006. godine angažovana je kao saradnik u nastavi na predmetima iz oblasti građevinskih materijala, betonskih konstrukcija i mostova.
