After passing this exam, it is expected that the student will be able to: discuss about the constitution in general, the flow of the development of the Constitution and the structure of the constitution; name and explain the five basic principles of the Constitution of Montenegro, the five basic constitutional institutions in Montenegro and five groups of constitutional rights in Montenegro; explain the principle of the Rule of law and the operation of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro; explain the relation government - individual, according to the Constitution of Montenegro; explain the relationship of the assembly and the Government of Montenegro, especially the administration; specify the functions and role of the President of Montenegro in the defense and security of Montenegro, as well as in the Government and the Assembly; explain the limitations of human rights in the constitutional state and state of emergency.
