After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: recognize the significance and explain the meaning of the most important institutes of family law in the legal system; apply the acquired knowledge of the substantive and procedural family regulation methods in practice; demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired during studies in practice; discuss important family law issues, on the basis of valid legal arguments and explain the reasons for domestic legal regulations, understand the spirit and meaning of the adopted solutions; differentiate general and specific rules of court proceedings in family law matters; select the appropriate legislative solution and correctly apply it while solving specific legal problems and draw up appropriate filings and decisions, as a working model in practice.
