Radulović Vladan je rođen 27.08.1979. godine u Podgorici, Republika Crna Gora. Osnovnu školu i srednju Elektrotehničku školu završio je u Podgorici. Za pokazan uspjeh tokom osnovne i srednje škole dobitnik je diplome Luča. Tokom školovanja u srednjoj Elektrotehničkoj školi "Vaso Aligrudić" u Podgorici tri puta je proglašavan za učenika generacije. Dobitnik je nagrade Skupštine Opštine Podgorica najboljim učenicima srednjih škola Podgorice 1998. godine. Na Elektrotehnički fakultet u Podgorici, Univerzitet...
