After the student passes this exam, they will be able to: • define and explain the legal system of Montenegro and EU, and understands their complementary role; • learn and understand the basic legal institutes of real and obligation law; • understands the basic forms of business entities in Montenegro; • explain the method of establishment, management bodies and responsibility for the obligations of business entities; • understands the concept of insolvency and bankruptcy of a business entity.
