Profesor Dan Komosny održaće predavanje na ETF-u

Profesor Dan Komosny sa Brno University of Technology boravi na Elektrotehničkom fakultetu Univerziteta Crne Gore u okviru CEEPUS programa razmjene akademskog osoblja. U okviru ove posjete održaće predavanje pod nazivom "PlanetLab: a global laboratory for Internet research", u petak, 11.05.2018. u sali Gepsus (prizemlje laboratorijskog dijela zgrade), sa početkom u 12 časova. 

Kratak opis predavanja:

PlanetLab (www.planet-lab.org, www.planet-lab.eu) is a global research network with the main purpose to support networking experiments in the Internet. It consists of about 1000 Linux servers at 700 geographically different sites. 343 servers are in Europe. The servers are accessible by remote login (SSH) and users can run there their own software and process the experiments. The lecture will also include a practical demonstration. Example areas of use may be peer-to-peer networking and cyber security.
