Representatives of FMS at the Meeting of the Erasmus+ Project on Applied Artificial Intelligence

Representatives of the Faculty of Science, Assistant Professor Igor Jovančević and Teaching Assistant Nikola Pižurica attended the initial meeting of the EU-funded Erasmus+ project "The Future is in Applied Artificial Intelligence - FAAI", which focuses on applied research in the field of artificial intelligence (AI).

 

The main goals of the project are: familiarizing students and teachers with the possibilities of AI solutions for problems of management, industry, engineering, administration and education; then a comparative analysis of existing AI solutions and tools as well as the economic, social and cultural impacts of artificial intelligence.

 

The mentioned meeting was held at the University of Bielsko-Biala (Poland) from November 7 to 8, 2022. The meeting was used to present the framework of this broad project and discussed organization, management, communication, quality control and dissemination.

 

Along with representatives of UCG and the host, representatives of partner institutions also took an active part: University of Library Studies and IT, Bulgaria; University of Niš, Serbia; University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius Trnava, Slovakia.
