OSNOVI EKONOMSKOG KRIMINALITETA

After passing this exam, it is expected that the student will be able to: define, identify and group certain forms of economic crime; differentiate and explain the conditions and causes and specificity of economic crime; select and implement appropriate methods in the operational-tactical work in opposing economic crime; analyze specific offenses from the field of economic crime from the viewpoint of their discovery, clarification and proof; identify and assess relevant clues and facts in a particular crime and connect them with regulations for the proper determination of qualification of the offense and for collecting necessary evidence.
