WATER QUALITY TESTING LABORATORY

In the Water Quality Testing Laboratory, students acquire practical knowledge about conducting water monitoring, water sampling methods, and analysing the physical and chemical indicators of water quality. They learn how to classify water based on quality indicators, understand the importance and role of water quality control, as well as assess the impact of pollutants on the aquatic ecosystem and apply the legal regulations in the field of water.

Within the laboratory exercises, students also apply various purification processes for the purpose of using water for specific applications (drinking water, industrial purposes).

The laboratory also carries out research as part of the development of final theses, specialized projects, and masters theses.
