Learning outcomes:

Upon completing the course, the student will be equipped to apply methods for analyzing and forecasting human resource needs, enabling the organization to engage in strategic planning based on a thorough assessment of personnel capacities. Additionally, the student will understand and use key tools for developing recruitment and talent retention programs, with a focus on aligning required competencies with the organization’s long-term goals. Finally, the student will be capable of analyzing contemporary challenges in human resources, such as digitalization and changes in working conditions, and preparing recommendations that support decision-making within the organization.
