MTF Students Performed Practice in the Company Deponija

City enterprise Deponija LLC Podgorica and the Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology of the University of Montenegro concluded an agreement on implementation of professional practice for students of this public institution. On that occasion, the students were able to acquire new knowledge, skills and competences within the framework of practice in the municipal company Deponia, all with the aim of unhindered inclusion in the labor market.

As part of this project, Damjan Andrijašević and Katarina Vuksanović completed professional practice, while postgraduate student Adnan Efović chose the topic of the problem of car tire disposal for his masters thesis. On that occasion, Adnan Efović pointed out that this professional practice significantly helped him in writing his masters thesis, considering that he had the opportunity to implement the acquired knowledge and skills on exemplary examples. Professor Jelena Šćepanović said that the students are extremely satisfied with the cooperation with the municipal company Deponija, and emphasized the importance of this internship for their further training.

In the coming period, the city company Deponija will continue to provide support to young people on the way to improving and acquiring new knowledge and skills through these and similar activities.
