Applications to a Two-Day Workshop "Estimation of Contaminated Locations and Evaluation of Risk Analysis"
Program of the United Nations (UNDP) in Montenegro in cooperation with renowned Company from the field of risk management and remediation in the environment DEKONTA invite you to apply to a two-day workshop that will be focused on estimation of contaminated locations and evaluation of risk analysis.
Participants will be instructed how to estimate contaminated locations and define risks for the environment and health of people who are connected with such locations, and the most frequent renovation methods. Training will be organized in form of lectures that will follow case studies.
Two main topics will be presented:
- Topic: Life cycle of contaminated locations management (
- Topic: Basic strategic concepts and approaches in renovation of contaminated locations.
The workshop is intended for: interested ones for contaminated locations and risk estimation for the environment and health of people.
Workshop participants will get:
- The possibility to exchange ideas, information and experiences with lecturers from DEKONTA Inc. and other participants,
- Basic presentation of contaminated locations management and risks.
Practical information about the workshop:

- It is needed to state whether the accommodation is needed since in that case it will be provided.
- Training language is English, with translation provided.
- Number of participants is limited to 30.
The workshop is implemented within the project „A Comprehensive Environmentally Acceptable Management of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) in Montenegro“.
