Exhibition of Students on April 27th: Days of Dragan Radulović
Within literature days „Days of Dragan Radulović“, on April 27th 2023 at 14h, on Independence Square in Podgorica, will open the exhibition of students of the Faculty of Fine Arts from Cetinje. Jelena Ćosović, Tamara Drljević, Iana Egorova, Tamara Femić, Ana Ivanović, Marija Kaluđerović, Marko Kilibarda, Andrija Martinović, Milva Milić, Ivona Mirković, Nina Pejović, Itana Samardžić, Isidora Savićević, Jasmina Šuntić, Miloš Ušćumlić, Emilija Vrzić, Jelena Vujović and Tereza Živković will present plaques on topic „Magic of sound: children literature and music“.
Mentioned exhibition follows The Child and the Book Conference which will be held in Montenegro for the first time (Podgorica, NB „Radosav Ljumović“, May 15-17th 2023) organized by the Faculty of Philology, Music Academy and Faculty of Fine Arts, with support of Secretariat for Culture and Sport – Podgorica, Ministry of Culture and Media and National Tourist Organization.
The project is designed as one semester work under mentorship of professors from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Prof. Ana Matić, MA and Prof. Suzana Pajović, MA, in which students participated in developing the best conceptual design of logo, illustration and plaque. The Child and the Book Conference, this year’s topic dedicated to child literature and music. Winning works will be awarded on the very conference, and it will serve as basis for visual- 5 identity of the conference.
Basic purpose of the project was to encourage domestic creative forces to thinking about children and youth literature which are underdeveloped in patriarchal countries such as Montenegro. Also, the intention was to introduce domestic talents to foreign researchers of childrens and youth literature, who responded in large numbers to this years conference, with the possibility of establishing future cooperation. The exhibition will be opened by Svetlana Kalezić-Radonjić, Associate Professor, coordinator of The Child and the Book conference, Ana Medigović, general secretary of the Secretariat for Culture and Sport, Professor Ana Matić, MA and Prof. Suzana Pajović, MA.
Papers of students will be exhibited on the Independence Square until May 20th 2023.
