Danijela Raičević je rođena 20.03.1969. god. u Rožajama, Crna Gora. Osnovnu školu i Gimnaziju je završila u Beranama. Diplomirala je 1993.god. na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu, smjer prehrambena tehnologija, u Beogradu.
