Works of 10 students from the Faculty of Fine Arts (FLU) Cetinje have been selected for the poster competition for the regional FLUID Young Designers Award
In response to the public call for FLUID – Regional Design Awards for Young Designers 2024, 254 posters were submitted from Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Kosovo, and Albania. The jury, consisting of Mirko Ilić (USA), Borut Vild (Serbia), Dejan Kršić (Croatia), Nikola Đurašković and Ana Matić (Montenegro), selected 39 posters for the exhibition. Of these, 11 posters were designed by 10 students from the Faculty of Fine Arts Cetinje. These students are: Hamza Adrović, Jelena Bogojević, Mijat Bojović, Sara Ćuković, Klara Dragović, Pavle Drobnjak, Nevena Petrović, and Ines Radović – undergraduate students, as well as Andrija Martinović and Bojana Vukčević – masters students.
The exhibition of the selected posters will be organized as part of the FLUID Expo – FLUID design forums program segment 12/2024, and will open on April 19, 2024, at 12 pm, in gallery C2, Faculty of Fine Arts Cetinje. The names of the three winners will be announced at that time.

The competition was organized by FLUID design forum and NGO FLUX, open to young people (aged 18 to 35) graphic designers, illustrators, design and architecture students, visual artists, photographers, architects, etc., from the region (Montenegro, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Albania). This years theme was SUSTAINABLE OPTIMISM, which is also the theme of this years FLUID design forum, to be held in Cetinje from April 19-24, 2024.
The award has been given since 2018. Last years winners of the FLUID – Regional Awards for Young Designers 2023 (FLUID IDENTITIES), in the Poster category, were: Ivan Velimirović, an alumnus of FLU Cetinje, Amina Alić from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Ana Ivanović, a Masters student and associate at FLU Cetinje. Their works will also be seen during the twelfth edition of the FLUID design forum.
The festivals implementation involved: Faculty of Fine Arts Cetinje, NGO FLUX, and MAS Trade d.o.o, as well as partner institutions: Faculty of Architecture Podgorica, National Museum of Montenegro, Center for Culture of the Old Royal Capital Cetinje, and others.
