Meeting of Francophone Students FTHM with Businessmen on the Francophonie Day

Students of the Faculty for Tourism and Hotel Management of the University of Montenegro who study French Language had the opportunity to meet with representatives of Montenegrin Tourist Economy which employs francophone staff. The meeting is organized on the occasion of the Francophonie Day in Amphitheatre of the High Vocational School "Sergije Stanić" in Podgorica, and the transport is provided by the French Embassy. Host was ambassador of France in Montenegro, His Excellence Mr. Christian Thimonier.

After the introductory speech of the Ambassador of France on position and importance of French Language in the world, especially from the aspect of profession, i.e. tourism and hotel management, students were also addressed by Mr. Rajko Uskoković, President of the Association of French-Montenegrin companies, mr Aleksandar Milivojević, Director of the Tourist agency Luminalis which has made business with French market in Montenegro for over twenty years as well as professor of Interdigital design and shareholder of the first interactive museum in Monetnegro and Boka Kotorska, Dragi Vujačić. After presenting and sharing many experiences in working with French tourists depicted by professor of FTHM, Ivona Jovanović, PhD, former representative of French tour operators on Montenegrin coast, many questions were asked by students and participants of tourist school, and finally there was cocktail organized.
