Nikola Vučinić, student of the Faculty of drama, awarded at the Film Front Festival in Serbia
Nikola Vučinić, student of the Faculty of Drama in Cetinje, study programme Film and Media, was awarded at the 19th International Festival of short films Film Front.
Three-member jury – Jelena Gavrilović, Nemanja Ćeranić i Gvozden Đurić – selected the film Great Achievements, by the author Nikola Vučinić, as a winner within the selection Serbia/region. In cooperation with the Serbian Film Centre, the best film in the selection Serbia/region is to be awarded with 100.000 dinars.
“The film Great Achievements starts with a philosophic thesis, but through humorous and merry actions by the director, easily and unpretentiously brings the reflection of our contemporary momentum evident in the absurd blend of anxiety, triviality and suppressed beauty”, the jury explained.
