Films by Students of the Faculty of Drama Arts in the Focus of International Festival in Turkey

At this year's International Film Festival in Turkey, at the Balkan Panorama in Izmir, held under the auspices of the Turkish Ministry of Culture, the guest film schools that will present their recent films are the Faculty of Dramatic Arts Cetinje - University of Montenegro and Istanbul Film School - Istanbul Faculty of Art and Design. It will be presented with five films each.

The films of students from Cetinje that will be presented at the festival are: Someone Third - Milorad Milatović, Help God - Zvonimir Grujić, Someone Yours - Sead Šabotić, Development by Nikola Vučinić, and Barley Wishes - Andrija Mugoša, which were produced by the Faculty as exam films with professors Nikola Vukčević, Marija Perović and Vladimir Perović.

These films have been in the international focus of the festival so far, winning awards.

There are extremely strong cultural ties between Turkey and the Balkans. The Balkan Panorama Film Festival serves as a bridge between Turkey and the Balkans in the context of cinema. The festival was founded by university professor of FTV directing Dr. Sali Saliji - Sallini in 2015, with an Advisory Board consisting of renowned European artists Istvan Sabo, Milčo Mančevski and Rade Šerbedžija. The festival will feature feature and short feature, documentary and animated films from the Balkans.

The Yellow Umbrella Award, which is a symbol of the Festival, is awarded in the national and international selection. The festival in Izmir is held from May 21 to 27, the guest country is Hungary, and the Montenegrin director and professor of FDU Cetinje - Nikola Vukcevic - is part of the international jury (with actors: Meta Jovanovski from Macedonia and Fedja Stukan from BiH).
