Student duties: Lessons attendance is mandatory for students as well as participating in classes actively.

Assessment methods:  

  • Midterm exam (40 points)
  • Final exam (45 points)
  • Classroom participation (15 points)
  • Total points : 100 (in order to get a passing grade at the exam student has to gain at least 50% of total points)

STUDENT WORKLOAD

Lectures: 2 hours

Seminars: 2 hours

Individual work: 6,67 hours including tutorials

Subject workload 8 x 30 = 240 hours

Structure:

Classes and final exam: 10,67 x 16 weeks = 170,72 hours

Preparation needed before start of semester (administration, enrolment and verification): 10,67 x 2 =21.34 hours

Additional work for preparing and takng exams in re-sit period: 47,94 hours
