Nikola Zečević was born in 1986 in Berane, where he completed his primary and high school education. He furthered his education at the University of Montenegro, Faculty of Political Sciences, where he pursued and completed a Masters degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. His academic pursuits took an international turn when he was awarded by the UK Government with the prestigious Chevening Scholarship.
