International Mobility of Professors – Guest Lecture on Topic ‘Taxation Control over Legal Entities’

Within Erasmus+ mobility program for lecturers, Professor Zhelyo Zhelev with D.A. Tsenov of the Academy of Economics from Bulgaria, held lecture to students of the third year of the Faculty of Economics regarding “Taxation Control over Legal Entities”. 

On this occasion Professor Zhelev pointed out to the role and significance of different levels of controlling activities for a continuous business of the company. Also, he pointed out that it was necessary to adequately implement phases in carrying out control over achieved revenues and outcomes of the company as well as achieved business performance. In that way it is possible to establish a solid liaison between control of the company business and analysis of financial statements.  

The lecture was held within the course Analysis of Financial Statements and students participated actively in discussion and confirmed their satisfaction with the lecture.
