• Familiarize with national and international instruments relevant to the determination of the legislative framework for media law in Montenegro, such as: The European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Media Law, the Law on Electronic Media, the Law on Broadcasting, etc.; • Identify and explain the content and components of freedom of expression in national system and comparative legal systems; • Analyze and gain knowledge about basic institutes and principles of media law such as protection of journalistic source, the principle of journalistic care, the principle of the presumption of innocence; • Understand and adequately evaluate the demarcation line between freedom of expression and other convention rights such as the right to privacy, right to honor, reputation or dignity.
