After studying and passing this course, the student will be able to independently and expertly apply theoretical knowledge in the field of wills, inheritance contracts and probate procedures to apply in practice, especially in working with clients, to provide legal advice, opinions and client representation, to acquire professional responsibility and legal ethics necessary for work in the judiciary and other legal fields, to acquire and develop a critical and creative legal opinion, to analyze and comment on judicial practice, both domestic and foreign, to use methods especially related to writing submissions.
