After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: classify and critically observe, define and explain certain principles of civil law; compare different principles, discuss their relation and argue the pros and cons of certain principles of civil law; analyze and criticize comparative solutions in this field and draw conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of certain solutions; critically reflect to existing solutions in positive - legal regulations and propose solutions de lege; independently determine the topic and conduct original research with scholarly integrity; apply the acquired knowledge in further scientific and practical work and continue self improvement.
