KRIMINALISTIKA I - UVOD

After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: define the concept, subject, tasks and methods of the criminalistic doctrine; explain basic concepts in the criminalistic science; interprete the ways of identifying a crime, crucial questions and basic principles of criminalistics; analize clues and versions in criminalistics, initial thought process and probabilistic account, establish the methodology of work for crime, classification of crime, classification of criminalistic versions and also criminalistic rules in setting up the versions and their checking; concatenate operationally-tactical and evidentiary actions and plan criminalistic handling in the process of revealing a crime and the criminal.
