University of Montenegro Instructs Teaching Staff to Possible Ways of Online Lectures




Aligned with the Decree of the University of Montenegro and new temporary measures for protection of citizens from COVID-19 there has been suspension of teaching in public and private education institutions in duration of minimum 15 days starting from March 16th 2020. Having in mind recommendation of the Prime Minister of Montenegro stating that curricula for the time being are available in electronic form, Rectorate of the University of Montenegro calls deans to organize as soon as possible teaching staff to hold lectures online.

Teaching is possible to be performed in several ways, we suggest the following:

First possibility is putting teaching material on course page on the portal www.ucg.ac.me .

Second possibility is to upload on the address http://dl.ucg.ac.me/ (Moodle) multimedia presentations that are previously created. It is needed to send from the official mail the request to Information System Center UMNE to the address nastava@ucg.ac.me stating:

Name of the Faculty

Name of Study Program

Name of the subject

List of lecturers

 

Third possibility is to use ZOOM application and perform teaching online in the real time. For this is needed to open the account on https://zoom.us/  and register the lecture. Free version provides lectures of 40 minutes. After 40 minutes it is possible to continue by creating new online lecture.
