More than 1200 New Titles in the Central University Library

In the first six months of this year, the Central University Library (CUL) acquired more than 1.200 titles of scientific, textbook and fiction literature.

These are selected publications from almost all areas studied at the faculty units of the University of Montenegro, and which publishers are predominantly renowned regional houses such as Clio, Demetra, Mate, Čigoja, Data status, Naklada Ljevak, Naklada Slap, Akademska misao, Zoran Stojanović Publishing Library, Karpos, Fraktura, Biblioteka XX vek, Službeni glasnik, Geopoetika, Akademska knjiga, etc., but also reputable academic publishers from the former Yugoslavia, such as universities and faculties in Belgrade, Zagreb, Split, Sarajevo and Banja Luka.

Of course, among updated publications are the latest monographic and serial editions of Montenegrin publishers, which CUL obtains thanks to the Law on Mandatory Copies, then gifts from personal libraries, as well as master's theses and doctoral dissertations defended at the University of Montenegro.

All new titles are searchable via the Library's e-catalog on the COBISS.CG platform.
