Olympics of Knowledge 2022 Held: Assignments with Solutions Published

The 2022 Knowledge Olympics, a competition of Montenegrin primary and secondary school students in mathematics and natural sciences, was held yesterday, Sunday, May 15, in the building of the technical faculties of the University of Montenegro, in Podgorica. The competition is traditionally held under the auspices of the Rector of the University of Montenegro, the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts and the company doMEn, the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of UMNE and the Association of Mathematicians and Physicists of Montenegro. High school students from all subjects competed in the high school program, and each school, both primary and secondary, could send up to four students in the category covered by the competition, by grade and by subject. The registered competitors had the opportunity to show their knowledge in mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry and software engineering. The goal of this competition is popularization of natural and mathematical sciences, due to the recognition of the need to continuously encourage gifted students to develop and express their talent. Tasks and solutions of the Knowledge Olympiad competition have already been published on the website of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics of the University of Montenegro (available in the attachment to this news). The ranking list of registered competitors will also be displayed on website of the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics of UMNE.
