POLICIJSKO PRAVO

After passing this exam, it is expected that the student will be able to: explain the system and basic institutions of the police law; explain the position and role of police law standards in the legal system of Montenegro and in comparative law; correctly interpret regulations in the field of police and determine which are relevant for solving specific cases; apply appropriate regulations on specific situations in the work of the police and understand the interconnectedness of basic institutes of police law; differentiate control principles and mechanisms of the police, their logic and meaning, with special emphasis on understanding the needs of a strong control of the police sector and respect for human rights.
