Learning outcomes upon passing this exam, the student will be able to:
1. Distinguish different types of minerals and rocks, and understand their basic characteristics;
2. Distinguish tectonic forms;
3. Read geological, engineering-geological, and hydrogeological maps;
4. Differentiate rocks according to engineering-geological characteristics and conditions for founding objects;
5. Understand hydrogeological and geodynamic characteristics of different areas;
6. Know the methods for designing the earths surface on a projection plane;
7. Know the methods and instruments for creating a topographic base;
8. Know the way to use the topographic base in designing construction objects;
9. Can contract and control the creation of a topographic base and the transfer of a project to the field;
10. Understand the method of creating and maintaining a real estate cadastre as a unique record of ownership.
