PhD Miomir Despotović   Miomir Despotović was born in Pljevlja (Montenegro) where he finished his primary and secondary school. He studied at the University of Belgrade at the Faculty of Phylosophy - Department of Pedagogical and Adragogical Sciences, where he was graduated.
