• Critically evaluate the production of vegetables in the open field and in greenhouses; • Organize the production of vegetables in different soil and climatic conditions; • Decide on the technology of vegetable production in accordance with the microclimate conditions • Recognizes technique choosing the right assortment and seeds • Organize production fruit, roots and leafy vegetables, and mushrooms • Handles production of seedlings in organic and inorganic substrates • She reports about the technology of hydroponic vegetable production • Manages the production of many years of vegetables • She differs technology of harvesting, storage and packaging of vegetables
