Invitation to students for the play "Koštanin Twist" on March 28th.

The play "Koštanas Twist," directed by Andrej Šepetkovski, will be performed on Thursday, March 28th, in amphitheater 106, at the technical faculties building in Podgorica, at 8:00 PM, organized by the Student Cultural Center.

Entrance is free, and reservations can be made at +382 069 245 900. The number of seats is limited, so organizers are asking all interested students to contact them in time to pick up their tickets.

About the play:

Experience the bitter-sweet struggles of creating a play, character development, and the workings of a theater... Ah, falsehood. The struggles arent sweet at all.

In every scene of this dynamic play, the audience attends an open rehearsal of "Koštana" and different directions of the same scene from the famous drama. Only the actors at this rehearsal change. The actors of "Kostanas Twist" (Dragana Dabović and Andrej Šepetkovski) interpret various characters, specifically types of "directors," "actors," "dramatists," "decorators"... all of those who make every theater come to life. Each director sees "Koštana" and the scene they direct in a unique way, characteristic of his sensibility, life experience, and talent. Every actress playing this scene experiences it differently, unique to her gift, experience, and ambitions. And the clash of these aspirations and characters of directors and actors, so often incompatible in theater, leads to hilarious situations, heightened emotions, and fierce conflicts. This is a comedy about the meaning of creation and a tragedy about unfulfilled ambitions. Or vice versa. Is the path to success in pleasing oneself and ones whims, or in a deeper, loving listening to another person and giving?
