Open call for submission of good practices within the WBC-RRI.NET program
The WBC-RRI.NET team is looking for good practices in the field of responsible research and innovation (RRI) from and for the Western Balkans. The aim is to facilitate networking and peer learning, as well as the exchange of good practices to ultimately improve the regional research and innovation ecosystem, particularly in the areas of:
- Gender equality and ethics,
- Science, education and public engagement,
- Open science and open access.
In addition, with this call, WBC-RRI.NET aims to present and demonstrate good practices in the region, to gain insight into initiatives to launch, with reference to practical experience, with the ultimate outcome of striving to strengthen these practices and their coordination , as well as building relationships and opportunities for collaboration based on a culture of mutual exchange and learning.
Good practices are processes, initiatives or working methods that have proven successful for introducing or implementing RRI-related practices or for optimizing the performance of RRI-related activities. Good practice is a practically successful response to solving RRI challenges, ranging from policy development, RRI promotion, capacity building, through products, processes or services and intra-organizational tools.
The invitation is continuous and open to all interested parties who carry out responsible research and innovation activities in the Western Balkans. The application is electronic and is available here.
