Grants allocation to support the implementation of the Smart Specialization Strategy (S3) through projects

The Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, with the support of the Delegation of the European Union in Montenegro, announced the Call for Grants within the grant scheme "Support for the Implementation of the Strategy of Mental Specialization (S3) through Projects".

The grant scheme aims to contribute to the strengthening of the economic competitiveness and innovation capacity of Montenegro through the strengthening of links between science and industry.

The total available amount of funds is EUR 900,000.00. The funds are provided by the European Union, with co-financing by the Government of Montenegro.

The deadline for submitting the project summary (Concept Note) is Monday, January 30, 2023.

The date and time of the information sessions will be announced within 7 days from the date of publication of this Invitation.
