Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be able to: - Follow basic technical (maritime) literature in English, especially related to maritime industry, ships and crew. - Understand and communicate upon basics of maritime industry, ship’s operation, crew hierarchy, duties and responsibilities. - Successfully communicate, both orally and in writing, using technical maritime English, in accordance with the taught curriculum.
