LEARNING OUTCOMES After the student passes this exam he/she will be able to: • Apply Permanent Knowledge from Tourist Law Matters • Understand and explain the system of Tourist Law, both within national legislation (the Law on Obligatory Relations, Special Shapes in Tourism), as well as in Comparative Law and the EU Law (EU Directives). • Defines and analyzes the basic principles of tourist law, national sources of rights and sources of EU law • Interprets the legal regulations governing the matter of tourist law and the noteworthy importance of legal regulation of service activities • Understand and explain the general rules of contract law, contracts in the service sector and individual contracts in tourism • Concludes contracts on tourism at the national, but also regional and international level • Apply Permanent Skills in Practice, but also continue with the improvement both in the country and abroad.
