After the student passes this exam, she/he will be able to recognize: plant diseases and their causal agents; morphological and ecological characteristics of plant pathogens; epidemiology of plant diseases; disease symptoms of cultivated vegetables and cereals caused by certain pathogens; timely and adequate protection of cultivated plants in order to prevent further development of the disease.
