After passing the exam , students will be able to: evaluate operations under alternative scenarios during the traffic planning process; select specific geometric characteristics to achieve a desired traffic operational quality during the design process; manage traffic operations using traffic flow theory principles during the building process; analyze the traffic patterns and their impact on traffic operations in the maintenance stage.
