It is expected that the student after passing the examination in this subject will be able to: 1. Recognize the type and role of different researches, research methods and terminology 2. Understand the meaning and explains the importance of evidence-based practice and evidence-based physiotherapy 3. Develop skills of effective search of computerized databases and the ability to access new knowledge from other sources 4. Using accepted frameworks, critically evaluate published research regarding the validity and applicability of their findings in clinical practice of physiotherapy 5. Integrate the results of research into the practice of physiotherapy as part of a comprehensive approach in accordance with the ICF framework 6. Appreciate the significance of good spoken and written communication skills to articulate knowledge in professional writing and clinical practice
