Describe the fate of drug in the human body (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion), with special emphasis on drugs which are applied in dentistry. 3. Define the methods of administration of drugs and compare their advantages and limitations, with special emphasis on the drugs that are used in dentistry. 4. Connect the pharmacological effects of drugs that are applied in dentistry with their indications and contraindications. 5. Predict and recognize the most common side effects and interactions of drugs that are applied in dentistry. 6.
