After successfully completing the course, the student will be able to: 1. Describe the poetic and genre features of Italian Romanticism, Realism, Modernism and Postmodernism; 2. Categorize the works of Italian literature dating from XVIII, XIX and XX century by literary periods and genres; 3. Present the most important authors of Italian literature in XVIII, XIX and XX century and their works.
