ITALIJANSKI JEZIK 3-LEKSIKOLOGIJA I

After successfully completing this course, students will be able to: 1. Master the basics of lexicology and word formation in the Italian language (prefixation) 2. Distinguish simple root words from derived words and compounds 3. Recognize and use the most frequent Italian prefixes 4. Recognize and use the most frequent evaluative suffixes (alterativi) and can use them to form diminutives, augmentatives and pejoratives 5. Recognize different types of loanwords in Italian, and use properly their more complex forms too (gender, plurals).
