John Rogers, PhD Gave Away 278 Books and Journals to the Library

John Rogers, PhD, gave away 278 books and journals from his personal library to the Central University Library.

This is about an extremely valuable collection from the field of applied linguistics, semantics, didactics, teaching and literature methodology – collection of publications primarily in English Language used by Mr. Rogers, PhD, as lecturer in Belgium, Great Britain, Hungary, Serbia and Montenegro.

As doctor of linguistic science, Mr. Rogers, PhD, had been engaged in the organization British Council in Montenegro, and later on the Faculty of Philology in Niksic of the University of Montenegro.

According to his words, "a proved bibliophile who finds public libraries as one of the most important services in a society".

Director of the Central University Library, Ms. Bosiljka Cicmil on behalf of the Library gave a special Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Rogers, PhD.
