MARDS Conference on Doctoral Studies: Presentations Held by Leading Experts of the Higher Education Reform

In morning program of TV Montenegro, a conference on doctoral studies within the MARDS project was announced, where leading experts for reforming higher education and doctoral studies will give presentations. The conference is being held at the University of Montenegro on November 3 and 4, 2022, in the building of technical faculties.

Head of the MARDS project, professor spoke about the conference in TV program. Dr. Radovan Stojanović, Dr. Lucas Zinner, Director of the Center for Doctoral Studies of the University of Vienna, Melita Kovačević, PhD, from the University of Zagreb.

On second day of the conference, Dr. Zinner, Kovačević, PhD, Aleksandra Bituskova, PhD, from the University of Banska Bistrica, Biljana Šćepanović, PhD, Minister of Science and Technological Development in the Government of Montenegro, professors Matjaž Debevc and Andrej Škraba from the University of Maribor, as well as other renowned experts in the field of doctoral education and higher education policies.

The acronym MARDS stands for the project Reform of doctoral studies in Montenegro and Albania, an example of good practice, which resulted in the first international program of doctoral studies in English, at the University of Montenegro, named Sustainable Development.
