Center of Information System organized two online trainings for employees at the University of Montenegro in order to make it easier for them to use the new eINDEX service.

eINDEX is a web-oriented platform available at eindex.ucg.ac.me. All professors and assistants can access it through their academic accounts. Double authentication is enabled by sending an access code via SMS. This service enables electronic entry of colloquium results, homework, tests, from which grades are automatically generated.

It is also possible to set various types of announcements and materials visible only to closed groups of students and professors who are related to a specific study program or course.

Driven by the need to simplify and automate existing procedures through digitization, we tried to make the system flexible and intuitive, respecting the privacy of our students and employees data.
